Musa Khawula has been suspended from twitter, for violating privacy rules. He received serious backlash from Twitter users after he tweeted a video of  Lulo Café, drying himself off in a towel after taking a bath.

It is said that the The DJ has deactivated his twitter account & Reports have confirmed that the video was filmed without his consent & forwarded to Musa Khawula by an unknown person. Lulo Cafe’s fans are outraged and some have even gone as far calling this revenge porn, which is a criminal act in South Africa.

According to South Africa’s cyber crimes and hate crimes laws, Anyone who breaks the revenge porn laws in South Africa and is found guilty of sharing or distributing revenge porn will face time behind bars or will be fined. If the victim can’t be identified in the content, the perpetrator could face two years in jail and/or pay a fine of up to R150 000. However, if the victim can be identified in any way, the perpetrator could spend four years in prison and/or pay up to R300 000. The DJ’s response so far, to this humiliation was a heart breaking Instagram story with a caption “I’m crushed & I have no fight left in me. I’m sorry.”

We are still unsure if the DJ will be taking legal action against the entertainment blogger but it looks like his IG account is still active.
